1. Purpose & Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of products operated by Null Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Null”), including Null Lens.
Null Lens is a pre-execution intent attestation layer. Its sole function is to generate a deterministic record of user-declared intent prior to downstream execution by customer-controlled systems.
2. What Null Lens Does
- Generates a deterministic Authorized Intent Record (AIR) consisting of fixed fields: [Motive], [Scope], and [Boundary].
- Processes each request in isolation and produces identical AIR output for identical input at the application layer.
- Returns only the AIR schema and no inferred reasoning, internal prompts, or execution instructions.
3. What Null Lens Does Not Do
- Does not execute, approve, deny, or enforce actions.
- Does not infer intent beyond explicit user input.
- Does not store, retain, or train on prompt or response content.
- Does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are solely responsible for all downstream execution, policy enforcement, and agent behavior.
- Customers determine how AIR outputs are logged, audited, interpreted, or acted upon.
- Customers must ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements.
- Customers must not submit data they are not authorized to process, including regulated or third-party data without permission.
5. Data Handling & Processing
- Requests are processed ephemerally in memory.
- No prompt or response content is stored or persisted by Null.
- Limited operational metadata (timestamps, latency, status codes, organization identifiers) may be recorded solely for reliability and security monitoring purposes.
- Null does not train models on customer content.
6. Infrastructure & Providers
Null Lens operates on third-party infrastructure providers for compute, networking, authentication, and delivery. These providers maintain independent security controls and attestations.
Null is responsible only for application-layer behavior described in these Terms. Physical security, network security, and infrastructure availability remain the responsibility of the respective providers.
7. Access & Credentials
- Access is provisioned per organization.
- Any use of issued credentials is treated as authorized use by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for credential security, rotation, and revocation.
- Any use of issued credentials is deemed use by the customer or its authorized agents.
- Null may suspend access that appears compromised or unsafe.
8. Billing & Commercial Terms
Null Lens is offered only via private enterprise deployment. All pricing, billing terms, service levels, and usage limits are defined exclusively in a separate written agreement executed between Null and the customer.
These Terms do not establish pricing, metering, or payment obligations in the absence of such an agreement.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Null disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Null shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Null’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer under the applicable enterprise agreement in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore courts.
