Null Core and Null Lens are experimental. Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, or financial data.

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using Null, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. By continuing, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

2) What Null Is

Null is an experimental interface that produces compressed, critical output (“cuts”). It is a parallel clarity layer — not mission-critical infrastructure. Outputs are informational clarity only — not advice, instructions, or directives. Null does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice, and nothing the interface returns should be interpreted as such. Use Null as a supplement, not a replacement, for your governance, compliance, or advisory processes.

2A) What Null Lens Is

Null Lens is a programmatic API product offered by Null that converts natural-language input into a deterministic, three-line semantic structure ([Motive], [Scope], [Priority]). Lens is designed for developers and organizations that require structured intent data for downstream systems.

  • Lens outputs are algorithmically generated and provided as-is. They are informational only and not professional advice.
  • The same disclaimers, acceptable-use rules, and limitation of liability provisions that apply to Null Core also apply to Lens.
  • You are responsible for securing API keys, managing usage, and ensuring your implementation complies with applicable law and data-handling obligations.
  • Lens is stateless for purposes of request processing; requests and responses may be logged for operation and debugging but are not used to train public models unless explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy.
  • Do not submit regulated or confidential data (e.g., PII, protected health information, payment card data) to Lens unless you have explicit authorization and accept the associated risks.

3) Accounts & Access

  • Authentication is handled by third-party identity (e.g., Clerk). Keep your account secure.
  • You must be 13+ (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or non-payment.

3A) API Keys & Lens Access

  • Lens requires an API key (the “Key”) for authenticated access. Keep Keys secret. Anyone with a Key can use associated account resources and will be treated as you or your authorized agent.
  • You are responsible for all activity tied to your Keys (including billing). Rotate or revoke compromised Keys immediately.
  • We may suspend Keys that appear compromised, abused, or that exceed reasonable usage limits. We are not responsible for third-party misuse of compromised Keys.
  • Do not embed Keys in client-side code or public repositories where they can be discovered.

4) User Content

  • You retain ownership of prompts and outputs you create.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve reliability of the service (e.g., debugging incidents), not to build public datasets.
  • We do not train public models on your content unless we explicitly state otherwise in the Privacy Policy.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or third-party private data without permission.

5) Storage & Providers

We use third-party infrastructure (e.g., Supabase for storage, cloud GPUs for model inference, Clerk for auth). Prompts and responses are stored to operate the service and may persist until you delete them. Deletion removes them from active storage, though backups may temporarily persist for disaster recovery. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is perfectly secure. Do not submit content you cannot risk storing online. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6) Billing & Refunds

  • Plan: Core. One plan only. No hidden tiers.
  • Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • If Null materially fails to deliver service (e.g., persistent outage, no access), we will fix or refund. Buyer’s remorse is not failure.
  • If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants statutory cooling-off rights (such as the EU 14-day withdrawal period), those rights apply in addition to our stated policy.

6A) Lens Billing (Pay-per-use)

Lens is billed on a pay-per-use basis (per query) and/or via wallet top-ups, as described in our published pricing. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge for Lens usage and to deduct consumed amounts from your wallet or payment method.

  • Pricing tiers, volume discounts, and enterprise arrangements may be published or negotiated separately. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the default per-query price for very large volume (100k+ queries) is listed in our public pricing, and enterprise customers may be offered custom pricing only by signed agreement.
  • We will attempt to validate sufficient balance before processing requests. If your account lacks funds, Lens requests may be rejected and will not be processed.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated. In case of billing errors or disputes, contact support for resolution.

7) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing use.
  • No attempts to extract hidden credentials, bypass controls, or attack infrastructure.
  • No automated scraping, rate-limit evasion, or reverse engineering.
  • Outputs are for informational clarity only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You must independently verify before relying on them in regulated, material, or high-stakes decisions.

8) Disclaimers

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk for use.

8A) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Null Technologies Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

8B) No Warranty on Outputs

Outputs are automatically generated by algorithms and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy and suitability for any use. Null makes no representations regarding correctness, completeness, or reliability of outputs.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the prior three (3) months.

10) Changes & Termination

We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. If you continue using the service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk to the service.

10A) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or cloud-infrastructure outages, or government actions.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

12) Data & Privacy

Null processes only the information needed to operate the service. Prompts and responses may be logged for security, debugging, or product improvement, but are not shared with third parties except as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Chats are stored until you delete them. For additional sovereignty, you may abstract inputs (e.g., describe scenarios without naming your company) or use a burner login. Operational logs (e.g., RunPod GPU or request logs) may temporarily record limited metadata to monitor performance and detect drift. These are automatically rotated and not used for analytics or model training. Null does not train public models on your data unless we state otherwise in the Privacy Policy.

13) Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The service may be suspended, limited, or terminated at any time without notice due to maintenance, scaling limits, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or interruptions. Null is designed as a parallel clarity layer, not mission-critical infrastructure. Use should complement, not replace, enterprise systems.

14) Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our processor to automatically charge the subscription fee using your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime; access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.

15) Refund Policy

If the service materially fails to deliver access or function, we will issue a refund or resolve the issue. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction with style, tone, or output. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account termination.

16) Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle billing securely. By subscribing, you also agree to comply with their terms and policies. We are not liable for outages, errors, or losses caused by these processors.
